The pre-fixture in the commercial/chartering department helps to obtain daily/total
profit/loss before fixing an order. It calculates all the expenses & income along with having facilities to simulate the best freight rate, check the spot bunker price and trend, simulated expected FO/DO price and weather forecasting. It also has map viewer & current vessel location facilities in-built into the pre-fixture.
